These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of apexmindglobal.com (the “Site”), operated by ApexMind Global (“ApexMind Global,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this website

The Site provides general information about ApexMind Global and the customer support outsourcing, business process outsourcing and related services we offer, and lets businesses contact us, book a consultation or request a quote. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, guides, resources, examples and any calculators or estimates — is provided for general information only. Services and separate agreements

Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement between ApexMind Global and the client, which will set out the scope, pricing, service levels, data-handling responsibilities and other terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement prevails for those services.

Where our services include outbound calling, telemarketing or lead qualification, campaigns are carried out in accordance with applicable calling, consent and do-not-call rules, and clients remain responsible for the lawfulness of the contact data and instructions they provide.

Enquiries and information you submit

When you submit a form or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to submit only information you are entitled to share. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information (such as payment card, health or government identification data) through the Site’s forms. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the ApexMind Global name and marks, images, layout and code — are owned by or licensed to ApexMind Global and are protected by intellectual property laws. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
